Rubens Ghenov created this one of its kind skateboard for KCM.
Rubens Ghenov is an artist whose triadic practice involves painting, storytelling and sound.
This triangulation informs, nourishes, and reinvents the work as each element builds atop and vicariously through another. The work attempts at constructing its own folklore as a cauldron wherein the experiential, imagined and fictive coalesce in form, procuring a broken bilingual visual and sonic language.
Ghenov runs Icedout Lazarus, a radio show that airs every Thursday from 10pm to midnight on Radio KCM. Selections aim toward the contemplative, experimental and loop based criteria via a deconstructed hip hop modus operandi toward a sci-fiesque sound.
